Odea Montréal is a mixed-use project resulting from a partnership between Creeco and Cogir Real Estate. Located in Old Montreal, Odea will showcase the history of the Cree Nation. The project's name, Odea, comes from the Cree word "ode," meaning canoe, which explains the canoe motif on the building's vertical façade. Inspired by nature and targeting LEED Silver certification, the project will include 171 condominiums and 264 rental apartments. More than half of the 3,442-square-meter site will be dedicated to green spaces, including terraces and pathways. Residents will enjoy exciting common areas such as two rooftop pools with lounges, shared workspaces, and several other amenities.

Several technologies will be implemented to improve the project's energy efficiency. Odea will include a central water heater, a ventilation system introducing fresh air into all units, high-performance glazing minimizing unwanted solar heat gain and heat loss, and several other technologies to ensure sustainable construction and proper water management.
